No, no it doesn’t. It’s looks like an architectural mosh pit of shit. Modera=mediocrity at best here.

Wouldn't that be nice? The design of both the street and the buildings are why the businesses that front Peachtree keep failing. Dior designed their store as a windowless bunker with highway frontage but its entrance on a side street, like a very elegant Walmart.

Buckhead is a beast.

Just look at how the village portion has grown in the past decade. Any small southern city would be licking it's chops to have developed a downtown with the amount of highrises Buckhead village has thrown up in recent years.

Not throwing shade, but the Buckhead village could easily be mistaken as a small to medium-sized city in the U.S.

Where is this Dream hotel going? On the east side of Roswell Road, where the Big Ketch is?

Yeah, I think it will be where that strip mall is plus the lot directly south of it.

This isn't really in the Buckhead Village but it's a just a little south of it.

This article says a Florida condo builder has purchased the site on Peachtree where JPX was proposing the Emerson. Apparently they have something in mind.

Apologies if this already been posted.
