Incredible, incredible, incredible work. I love your concept. If we could vote on the design it would be my choice, easily.

The gradual change in facade material and thickness as you go higher is great, and the increase in height makes the tower look very sleek!

Now THAT is sharp. Even scaled down to the 31-storey height it would blow away the current design.

I don't understand why there is so much spandrel on the latest renders either. Those windows are quite short. Perhaps (and I hope) that will change.

DAMN, you're hired! That is quite the impressive and thoughtful design, I would love to see your visions for any other projects in the city! Well done

Nice! A church is a place of tranquility and this concept nails it with the garden concept.

This is much better than what the previous developer had proposed for this site.

I'm encouraged and excited to watch the development of this project moving forward. The developer seems to have the proper mentality when it comes to Hamilton.

Think I heard from St. Jean that sales would start this fall.

Set to go on sale this fall, the project incorporates what remains of the church into the modern elegant design; the high-rise features a 30-storey mixed-use tower with 315 residential units, ground-floor commercial space and 7,000 square feet of amenity areas spread across two floors.

I went by the Hughson Liuna complex site today. Looks like it's getting ready for a crane. If Connolly gets a crane soon too, it could be that they're 4 cranes over downtown.

"Hue Developments plans to break ground on a $100-million project in late spring, carrying forward a modified version of the previous condominium plan by Stanton Renaissance known as The Connolly."

Dang, the guy talked a big talk during his press party in March.

So late spring 2020 construction start? That's good.. I was beginning to wonder why it still looks like a dumpsite. The sooner the better with this!

I presumed when he said "late Spring" in early March 2019 that he meant a late Spring 2019 start, is that not what others understood? Either way, the complete lack of on-site activity in over a year now since his big press party concerns me, especially given the lack of planning procedures he was left to tackle at that point. Anyone have tangible reasons for hope that this project isn't dead?
