Yup, The Chairman of Galiviston Enterprises bought the 2 story penthouse for 41,900,000 as his Downtown Residence, him real residence is in Irvington, a huge mansion, where mostly his 13 year old son lives in.

Of Course all this money is nothing compared to the money he has.

Wowzers, COLOURFUL!

There seems to be about 5 or 6 of us who are creating cities here (at least with Sketchup).

People tell me what you want to see and I will show it!!

Here are some Updates/Skyline Shots

I havent posted a shot of the Skyline from the Northeast, The Skyline looks like a tall mountian from this angle. This View will probably be the rooftop of a Tenament, in the Future Jefferson District.

The New Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Hospital, I Really love this tower

Apperantly Callahan Point was built from 1985 - 1989, and later expanded in 1996, only to be haulted by the (here we go again) Worldwide Financial Crisis. The Smaller Tower is going to open very soon, but since Lloyd International is recovering the taller tower is on-hold

This is the Callahan Park District So far (formerly Murray Park)

I agree, it does sound cool.

nice Staunton Square pics! You oughta create a website and make your textures (signs, facades, roads) available. While people flock to it, you can also showoff your diagram while visitors are there

I know I would download those textures in an instant.

I wouldnt know where to put them though, Its not that hard to make skins, if you look at my city the textures are just patterns, it only takes a few mins with paint.

Although, I'm probably saying this cause I draw diagrams

Here are some Emporis Pages, these buildings deserve the spotlight by now...

Amazing how you make all those textures yourself. I can't even take the time to make a few (maybe I'm just not confident enough in my paint skillz to make the effort?).

Latest Skyline Shot

Kondak and Planet L.O.V.E's lease on the JC Summit Tower has expired, Galviston Enterprises and Derril Flinytch took their spots.

The RegionBank Logo (based on Citibank/Citigroup)

Callahan Square, a new part of the Callahan Park Distirct

Callahan Square Skyscrapers

Look familier? Callahan Square is based on Union Square in San Francisco, I just really like the Westin St. Franscis Hotel, Original and new one.
