Word was the plan is to erect a crawler crane to start the south tower going more vertical and eventually use the tower crane from the north tower to finish it.

23rd Street side shot- can’t get the correct size- too small or too big...

This building has a significant presence on the river front...but it's feeling pretty clunky from the profile. It's just a wide monolith. I'm all for the density on the waterfront but a row of 2400 Walnuts isn't necessarily a good thing.

PhilliesPhan, great pics! I really like how the Aramark building meets the river. Thanks for posting.

Londonee, while I agree a bunch of 2400 Walnuts along the river isn’t the best, I do prefer the orientation of the River Walk buildings to that of 2400 Walnut.

Aramark is set pretty far back from the river and behind the railroad tracks. The tracks are adjacent to the bldg. But for those that have river views from their offices, they are nice.

Yea I talk to that guy all the time, he's been capturing the few Center City towers that are starting to rise. He'll definitely be capturing more in the future

Wow, great pic^

Here are a few more, I was able to count the floor numbers on the elevator shaft, we are up to 21 floors and the core appears to be at the 26.

Pan out a bit more and you could further frame the view with the existing and incoming towers around 30th Street and Drexel Square.

Philly is going to surprise everyone, just wait.

Nope.. just cherry picking.. Don't blaime you with FB, for some reason IG won't even let me log in any more but, being long distance, the photos let me stay in touch.
