A unique hypermarket on two stories with the height of over 7 meters , tens of speedy panoramic (glass) elevators , escalators and lifts for transporting goods to everywhere in the complex .

More than 20 coffee shops , restaurants , food courts , over 5500 sq/m of orchards and landscapes at the height of 14 meters above the ground level for the first time in Iran .

A connective glass bridge including royal and marine restaurants, food courts, sports complex, swimming pool and saunas with convertible roof, multipurpose helicopter pad capable of several applications as outdoor concert hall and amphitheater, restaurant.

Assuming that the plate-like extension is the helipad, why didn't they put it in the middle portion of the structure's roofline and put another spire in it's place?

The architect's trying to play the kitschy post-modernist here. I declare epic fail based on that observation. Otherwise, not bad.

I love this design, but it definitely doesnt fit in with its surroundings. I would say this looks more Dubai or even Miami than anything, but all in all I like it! And the Helipad/ampitheater idea is cool...just again dont really see this fitting into Iran???

That's exactly what I was going to say. It looks like something from Coruscant. I like it. I'm just not crazy about the base, and yeah, it does not fit into the neighborhood.
