667 Auburn Avenue is the Portman office project on the Beltline.

499 Irwin St (Corner of Irwin St & Hogue)
According to an Atlanta Urban Design Commission memorandum from a December 12, 2018 proposal for the small site, the site included: 4 new townhouses, 2 Single family houses, and a 6 unit apartment building.

I'm guessing this is what is actually being built because they are building two townhomes and look to have site prep for the other components in the ground ready to go. This could be an impressive small infill project. It's strange that there are no renderings to be found for the townhomes or the apartment building.

Tishman Speyer Drops Out Of Civic Center Redevelopment
Now the second time a lead developer from elsewhere has dumped this site after initial expressions of interest. Maybe the tax perks were not enough?

@smArTaLlone ... shouldn't 1405 Spring Street be marked as "under construction"?

Any updates on the Einstein's / Joe's demolition or Modera Parkside's permitting status?

Demolition has not yet started on Einstein's / Joe's. They still have a ways to go on the Modera Parkside permit. They filed a land development permit about two months ago which typically takes 3-5 months to get approvedd.

Have they not received approval to demolish Einstein's and Joe's? I thought they received the demolition permit in October last year?

They filed the demolition permit in September of last year. The permit was just issued on June 3rd.
