They fell face-first into the point and missed it anyway.
Lehi is the epitome of bad planning along the Wasatch Front, and now there are no good solutions to fix it. Increasing residential density is the ONLY solution - maybe, MAYBE it will entice some of the people working in those offices to live closer to their workplace, but it's already too late to solve the underlying issues imo.
