Watching Steinway, Verre, Nordstrom, HY, WTC and Co. rise at the same time is just utterly amazing. We are so lucky to witness the most altering skyline transformation in New York's history.

I love Art Deco. I was actually stunned at how beautiful the renderings for this tower looked. Especially the east/west faces. But really the entire design, is like a dream.

In just a few years from now, W. 57th is going to have everyone smiling as they walk through this amazing area.

In fact, I am smiling as I type this.
This is a childhood dream to see skyscrapers so amazingly tall.
The setbacks are what really strike a chord for me!

It would be cool to be up in that damper room on a windy day . .
getting a video clip of that wild swinging mechanical action . .
for some avant garde play backdrop.
