Looks like the demolition of the sales office is imminent
It looks like Enbridge was disconnecting the gas line to the sales office yesterday. There are now posters promoting the project in windows of the vacant store East of the Esso has station.
No activity yet. Notwithstanding previous comments, Original sales center is still open. There is no interior fit up happening at the future sales center across the street. It is noted that at the future sales center one store vacated but now a second store vacated so the future sales center will occupy what was originally 2 separate retail units.
Not looking too good. Construction start has been shifted numerous times over the last couple years. That often results in cancellation of a project after awhile.

Well I went out of town for week and now Bella's is gone and the future sales center fit up is underway.
