So I took a long detour on a walk the other day to go check this thing out. I feel stupid for not taking any photos lol, but I have to say this thing is turning out pretty sweet. The glass looks great in person and the building is just exactly what that block of Broad needs to feel much more legit. I suspect this building will increase the property values of the whole block around it over the next few years by a respectable bump. It's a really legit and high quality new high-rise. Seems to look and feel the part, which is not something every new project can say. I'd compare the quality of construction to a mix between the BNY Mellon Center (most underrated Philly skyscraper imho) and the Independence Blue Cross Building. Good stuff, nicely executed thus far.
Mellon Bank Center and Arthaus are by the same architects, that's why it's similar
Yeah, TK, your photo skills are much improved, good job.
I got the vaccine yesterday at Penn. They were doing it on the top floor of the Perelman Center. Was only able to snap a quick picture from the waiting room. The view is awesome.
