Azrocks, thank you very much!
Flamesrule, there are about half a million people in Navaho Springs.
Well, my future home isn't finished yet, but I wanted to return to Navaho Springs for a while. Here's the Rex Theater at the northwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Jefferson Street. It was opened in 1942 and instantly became the most popular movie theater in Navaho Springs. It's heyday was in the 40's and 50's, but in the 60's it looked like it would wither, as the downtown was turning into a all-corporate zone. The turning point for its decline was the year 1974 when the shopping center in the base of the VanAlen Building was opened and people again started to spend their spare time in downtown area. In the 90's and 00's even more emphasis has been put on the vibrancy of downtown area. Today the Rex Theater is perhaps the most popular theater in Navaho Springs. The CineMultiplex in Mudflats Mall outside the city is the biggest and most modern movie theater but the Rex Theater still has the most central location.
Here's a view from Jefferson Street looking southwest.
