I relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area for a work opportunity 12 weeks ago. After my first night here, I awoke to a dark orange sky that made it feel like night never ended. The following days were quite bad with the thick elevated smoke descending to the surface, leading to many poor air quality days and plenty of headaches. Fortunately, it has been pretty nice here lately, though we are running behind on rainfall (hopefully that comes soon). These photos capture some of what I’ve seen while out & about exploring by myself since my arrival.
