Then we have a good couple dozen tower proposals in the works that should easily push the Beltline above 30k over the midterm.
Yup. This year we should only see an increase from Aura I, I can't think of anything else that got occupancies this year (Drake maybe). But next year, we will have Guardian 1, Mark, Metropolitan, Park and Aura 2 to add, so about 1300 more units.

I suppose you could count the Mustard seed too. I'm not sure how transitional housing works for a census.

New Generation rental might also squeak into next year's census.

I thought the seed was occupied for last years census. I could be wrong. They count as population as well. The DI has a bunch of residents who count on the census as well if I am not mistaken.

Idk Minto Bridgeland has hoarding aroudn it, thought they were aiming to launch this fall?

Park Point tower 1 u/c now, another 288 units for the Beltline. ~3,700 Beltline, ~5,400 City Centre units u/c and/or currently being occupied at the moment. Unprecedented amount of smaller infill projects happening across the inner-city too.

District has tentative move-ins scheduled for November 28 but my suspicions are that they will miss that date. Fourth floor suites are pretty much ready to go.

Any need for me to update? I can't think of anything that has started recently.

Looks like you have Park Point at 600 units, only tower one is u/c @ 288 units.

Has Parkside (~360 units) or Verve (291 units) started? Things have really slowed down around here.

I'll update for just 288 units U/C for Parkpoint. I don't think Verve has started yet.

I don't think it has, but should be soon, and N3 with its 167 units should be soon too.

I thought Parkside was under site prep now? A good 70% of the total units (including the two buildings that haven't even launched yet) have sold. Should be ready to go.

I think Parkside was ~90% sold after the first week - launched during the good old days before the oil collapse. Not sure what's taking so long. They were ripping out the concrete and doing some underground utility work awhile back. Haven't been by for a couple weeks, wonder if drilling started?

I would not be the least bit surprised to see N3 go this month. They have the sales, and they have applied for their BP, it's a good possibility.

Drilling starting at N3 - can add another 167 units to the list with over 5,500 units u/c or being occupied within the City Centre at the moment.

Parkside, Verve, and Marriott Res Tower are all undergoing site prep, which will add another ~1,000 units totaling 6,500 u/c units in the City Centre, or close to 10,000 new residents.

If only we had this pace going all the time.

Once these start excavation, I will add them to the list.
