BALTIMORE | Penn Station Project

Baltimore's Penn Station, the 8th busiest passenger rail station in the United States, is slated to be renovated and expanded starting in the spring of 2021. Neighboring Amtrak-owned surface level parking lots will be redeveloped under the proposal.
