Extendicare is proposing the redevelopment the lot at 4200 Innes Rd/1001 Rue Noella Leclair with a four (4) storey 256 bed long term care facility (14,051 square feet of GFA), with 110 parking spaces, 7 accessible spaces, 16 bicycle spaces, a green space to the rear yard of the property (north side), and two access points (one of Noella Leclair St, the other off of Lady Pellott Street.

The moat of parking surrounding the building is a nice touch
