She would look skinny next to the BOW.

Looks pretty good, this'll be a solid beast of a tower. My only issue is the street level treatments and the podium....and hey, another few floors would help the design proportionally, but I don't mind it's current height at all. Bring on the Gumby tower

Do you mean this tower?

Which by the way had a slight better upgrade and hides the old bland office tower.

No, 160 Front fits Gumby's shape more....at least the top.

Anyways, this'll be an intriguing project to watch rise in the coming years.

(Also, that new render doesn't look any better.....what the hell (IMO).

Same here. An architectural abortion.

I also uncharacteristically like 415 Yonge very much, but as I recall it was either cancelled or sent back to the drawing board. Can someone confirm or refute?

Since mid-December. Did you get Bloor and Bay street mixed up? This isn't on Bay.

Convienent The Bow is in craner's home location too. The Bow probably has a wider mass. Did design even matter when you came up with this?

Kind of describes myself actually

And yes, I agree the Bow is too wide from the NE & SW - but I like it’s design.

Wow look at you being clever Whipper, well done so smart. Yes I chose the BOW for it's location though I never bashed the design. I love the BOW. What does design have to do with what I said? If you are going to try and insult me Whipper you'll need to try harder. A building doesn't need to be skinny to be attractive. Don't you like the BOW?

Right! The guy says it's fat and you say it would look skinny next to the Bow in his home town.

Design has everything to do with it. The Bow is undeniably larger but, it is not fatter than 160 Front. Gulf Canada Square is a fat fuck next time you feel compelled to play city vs city with a Calgary forumer.

Your depends are always in a knot you grumpy old man. It must be a full time job being an asshole on here. You must have very little time for things like yelling at kids to get off your lawn, or reading the obituary.

It suffers from the same issue as the Bow. Both were girthy but intended to be taller. What bothers me with this one is the curve on the front makes it look even stouter like it has a pot belly now that it's shrunken.

What do these lame insults have anything to do with building design? I've been an idiot believing you can aspire to better than a yokel.

Brilliant but can someone answer me this please? Why the hell is there a piece of Telus Sky still missing? Are they waiting to install more heavy equipment onto the roof? Was it a weather thing? So curious... Otherwise I am in love with this building.
