I agree Orlando. I used to be against this idea, but I've grown tired of the local yocal lowest-common-denominator, proforma obsessed designs here. It's changing somewhat with all the out of state developers in town which is great. But many of the outcomes of that code are truly terrible. Love to see some code changes.
