^^C2E - I got jumped on because I didn't think street front retail would be such a good idea in Edmonton clinic - specifically looking at the latest renderings now available - I could now see one potential retail bay with street level access on the north east corner... but who's to say. Its hard with the LRT right there, various parking accesses, and entrances into the building itself.
