Why this is what an Edmontonian should be.

Lame name. At least two sides are hawt. Street frontage looks bang-fucking-on. This looks to be raising the bar. No grade given until I see renders of all four sides, but they'd have to be cinder block blank facades for this not to get a passing grade....

Is this the building that is supposed to be Edmonton's new tallest?

Bye the way, THANK YOU!!!!
It's about time something decent was proposed.

Who cares about the name.

Very nice! Well done Edmonton. When does it become real?

It's been about seven years since I was in Edmonton last and even then I never really got to explore downtown. I remember being quite taken with the legislature district by the river valley. How is it looking these days?

hopefully this will cause a stir with Edmonton Developers for a race to become the next highest.. nothing like a great rivalry.. we've got that happening with a few residential developers of condos here in Calgary, and it's really set the tone. Hopefully this will inspire more developments of this kind.

I have no problem with the name. Kinda cool actually.

Hell yes. I'm going to crack open a beer to celebrate.

Manulife maxes out our height limit. Until the Muni Airport gets closed, the best we can hope for is a tie for height.
