Thanks for starting this thread. This isn't a flashy project, but it will be impactful for the south side of downtown. So far only the tower tower is under construction. Not even site prep for the shorter one.

I love that downtown LA is becoming so so dense..an incredibly difference from when I was there in August 2010. It still had a presence even then, but not like today.

Looks like we've reached the top of the setback on the south-facing volume of the tower. So another 3-5 stories on the east-west-facing volume, plus the mechanical penthouse to go.
