Currently the core is at 23 and the steel floors are at 19. The crane should raise today allowing the core to rise to 30 and the steel floors to 26 before they will need to jump it again. (there is a numerical trend in there)

The crane is rising. It's above the horizon now in this shot.

Still zero framing up on 3rd floor except for perimeter columns for fireproofing prep.

Appears like most or all of the panels that haven't been glazed yet on the lower (glazed) floors of the tower are opaque black, tying it in with the rest of the building.

Can a mod potentially update the OP to have the most recent renders on it?

It actually really annoys me that they aren't expanding the bus shelter there. Should've removed the planters to the south as well and expanded the shelter, it's drastically undersized and that sidewalk is far too narrow for how busy it is.

It'll end up being an afterthought. There will be complaints raised once this whole project is completed.

I guarantee it.

Concrete pump is back on top. Good news for the core.

In the renders of the Fort & Graham corner it always showed what looked like a CRU above the mall entrance, and I always thought it was just to make the renders look nicer... but it actually looks like there's a unit up there. I'm not sure what it's for or how you get there but it definitely looks like it's being finished to house.. something.

It's funny I always thought the older one made the building look much fatter than it actually is. Can't tell if it got shrunk or if the renders were just weird. Interesting the balconies are gone now on the north side, wonder if some aren't going to have or if the balconies for the north side are at the ones at the corners.
