I agree, exciting time for downtown.
I think 95 State is supposed to be 395 ft and I'm guessing that the CCH will be between 315-330 ft now because it lost a few floors. So by my count, our current list of highrise projects/proposals is:
- Kensington Tower (2024) - 448 ft
- Utah Theater Tower (2024?) - 375-450 ft
- 95 State at City Creek (2021) - 395 ft
- Block 67 Phase II (2024+) - 375 ft
- Regent St. Hotel (?) - 330+ ft
- Hyatt Regency (2022) - 315-330 ft
- Liberty Sky (2021) - 262 ft
4-5 of these will/would crack the top 10 tallest for SLC.
So I found a visualization
here of the SLC skyline that included Liberty Sky, 95 State, the CCH, 255 S. State, and what I think is Block 67 Phase II (orange outlines). I decided to take a stab at adding Kensington and the Regent St. Hotel and this is what I came up with:
