Yeah I mentally superimposed Kevin’s massing map on this and once again realized that (pre-COVID, at least) we’ve got a crap ton of huge buildings in the works.

Should start seeing some brick soon, if there's not already some near the base. This looks like it has about 7 floors left.

That's a cool angle, and a two for one shot.

Pretty sure this webcam is public - but it is a tight angle, so the view isn't great

Nice. There's an Oxblue webcam for the Dorsey too. But I haven't found a public link.

Soon it will block the gap in the lighting of the North facing Fairmont crown.

Thanks. It has become quite prominent as you descend off the upper deck of 35. Still several more floors to go. I really like the location and how it further spreads out the skyline.

The crane is being jumped to what should be the final height. It'll be a nice sight for those coming into downtown from the North - at least for the crane nerds among us.

I caught a glimpse of it today from Loop 360 near Westbank Drive, and it really is stretching the height farther north. I didn't have time to snap a photo, and plus it was hazy today, but it looked impressive.

I was heading North up I-35 for the first time since AISD let out today and wow, this thing is striking from the highway. Coming across the river this does wonders for stretching out the skyline and it looks fantastic from the East side. I didn't get any photos but it was very impressive.

This will do what Spring did for the west side of downtown. It establishes a new social boundary for high rise development on the northeast side.
