3ed Street Pedestrian.

I saw 2 Dewberry unicorns and have photographic proof, and NO it's not Photoshopped. Can you spot them?

That random façade is just a mockup. Probably to dry run through how all the pieces will fit together in reality vs on paper.

Do we think Tech Square will be as tall as the new student housing tower to the north?

It'll probably be pretty close. I think the Whistler is 25 or 26 floors, which should line up reasonably well with an 18 story office/academic building - assuming 10 and 14 ft floor heights, respectively.

Residential stories are typically 10-12 ft floor-to-floor. Office are typically 14-18, sometimes much higher for "loft" office space.

Hell look at BoA. A Supertall but only 55 floors. Peachtree Plaza a full 300' shorter but with 73 floors.

Do we know when the two hotels across from Centennial Park will start, Moxy and the one on Ivan? Would be nice to have those online for the WC…

I kind of thought that building would match the one next door, but it’s much, much taller and more imposing. You can see it prominently from the Grady curve driving northbound!

Oh just a note for the main post. Modera Westside has been under construction for a good bit now I think. There are two cranes for it and you can see the construction from the Westside beltline connector. The fence coverings say Mill Creek Residential.
