Before I get to it, can I just say, Cherry Creek is pretty much doing everything right (Condos, adding on top of parking structures, adding some
serious density, etc). I don't understand why we can't be getting this stuff around Downtown Denver. The only complaint I have is the lack of solid transit to downtown, but we already know of this issue...
