there is American Airlines Center located in Dallas, TX

there is American Airlines Arena located in Miami, FL

those are the only two venues that have naming rights with AA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Admiral%27s_Club

but do i agree with a previous poster that it should be Tom Landry Field at [major corporation name] Stadium

I really like the idea of Tom Landry field at (..insert coporate name..) stadium as stated by some above, although Jerry will probably name it something like Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Dallas Cowboys Southwest Airlines Stadium, etc.

I personally think the "Texas Stadium" moniker should stay in some way. AT&T Field at Texas Stadium or something. The name Texas Stadium is as synonymous with the Cowboys franchise as Mile High Stadium is to Denver, Soldier Field is to Chicago, etc. There is supposed to be a large fan plaza outside the stadium... name it in honor of Tom Landry, but Texas Stadium has to follow the Cowboys to Arlington IMO.

Being from Philly, I hate the Cowboys with the white hot intensity of 1000 suns...that said, nice stadium.

Am I the only person this does nothing for? It looks like / reminds me of the Cardinals stadium out in Glendale -- except with large steel arches as part of the design.

The Colts new stadium (Lucas Oil stadium) is a better design, IMHO. More original at least.

It looks absolutely nothing like the Cardinal's stadium.

You were saying they don't look alike? Bland exteriors, same mostly-covered stands, the only difference is that (non)University of Phoenix stadium is more of a shell while the Dallas exterior is a bunch of panels in a more traditional design...

It does nothing for me from an architecture standpoint. I don't expect much from football stadiums but some originality would be nice.

If anything, the Cardials stadium got their design from the original Texas Stadium, which is what the New Cowboys Stadium is modling itself after. Only real difference is, the Cardinals' stadium is (supposed) to look like a coiled snake. Lucas Oil Stadium does have a nice, throwback design, but I say the new Cowboys Stadium is the ideal model for the futuristic design.

You're not alone when you think it's uninspired, but on this thread, you're in the minority.

And I gotta say, the New Stadium looks a thousand times better than Texas Stadium (1971-2009, it will be missed).

p.s. GO COWBOYS !!!

Okay, so they are both silverish and have retractable roofs. Damn, they're identical.

Jerryworld looks like a modern Texas Stadium, which is a bit fitting since Texas Stadium is already one of the most identifiable stadiums in American sports.

I agree with that. I just hope they at least have Texas Stadium or Tom Landry in the somewhere in the name.
