^ Not entirely it will be a few floors short, if I'm correct the structure is a bit passed halfway. But it will block most if it ad that's a win to me!

^ TK, in the article is states completion date for 2024? Is that for just this tower? It feels like quite a while to me honestly... But i could be wrong lol, hopefully phase 2 starts 2022-23

Does anyone have an estimate of when they will begin construction on the second phase of this project? I heard somewhere around 2023, but I am not completely sure.

^^ I think thats what there aiming for, this one should be totally finished by late 22 early 23, so id imagine it starts mid 2023?

I hope that this blends well with the 2nd tower, the design for tower 2 is phenomenal
These 2 are going to be amazing, I hope they are all pedestrian-friendly too

Wow this has moved fast. Recall:

July 2020 - permits issues
Dec 2020 - equipment arrives on site
Dec 2021 - near topping out

I wish all projects followed that timetable!
