Construction pictures. Now this was posted by BarbaricManchurian on SSC on August 11th. There are newer pictures but I don't know which is from the main tower and which is from the side buildings.

Had to peek through a small hole, the wall around the construction site is quite high and well built (of course upgraded for the Olympics, before, they used fences instead of walls)

That's a residential building that has turned out much taller than anyone (on ss.cn etc.) knew it would. It is still rising too, so it might turn out to be one of the tallest residential towers in China.

I counted 54 floors without including the base (not visible) and the top (hidden by the scaffolding).
That would add up to 60 floors at least.
