So nine of about 10 will complain about the traffic, but don't really want to do what it takes to improve the situation. That tracks. Typical.

Thanks for the link. Gotta love these studies, spend millions and do nothing. Who gets the kick back? I hope it was at least done by someone who lives in town. I still say the Uber pick up point is the best and didn't cost big study dollars, just some common sense. I didn't think of it, just heard it thru the grapevine. The rest of us know where we are going, and want to get there.

I heard they are 70% under contract so far for condos. Studios and 1 Bedrooms are sold out.

2 Bedroom - $653k - $1060k
3 Bedroom - $1,300k - $2,312k
4 Bedroom - $2,800k - $3,675k

This building is going to have a huge impact on the skyline from the south and southeast.

Yeah, it really will. I was noticing it a few days ago from William Cannon and I-35. It's already standing out, and it has about 150 feet to go.
