Interesting concept. I would like to see more images of the proposal. That facade could look really good, or a nasty mess. Hard to tell from just one image.

This...….thing is in the OMB, the city opposes the project based on lack of setbacks, unfriendliness for families, heritage issues and other lesser problems. Went from 46 to 38 floors thus far....hopefully this turd doesn't happen.
