It's amazing how much better EAP looks in person than the rendering. So glad that it's turned out really well.

Great shots defaultuser. I really like the way the glass slopes in on the top couple floors.

That plaza will be interesting, I'm curious how it will tie into both the raised overpass on 9th and the lowered underpass on 4th, you get an idea of how it will work, but it's hard to tell for sure with the tarps over the concrete.

The spandrel at the top is very noticeable from that angle, not a big fan.
