I can only find one render that even has it in frame and it's just a grayed out space, not sure if that's because there are plans to just pave it or it just got left out by the artist for being unimportant. Hopefully they can stick some trees and benches there at least.

That's the one! It's really weird for several reasons. First of all, it was never incorporated into either the 2nd & Girard Pathmark (later Superfresh, now Acme) site plans; nor was it incorporated into the Piazza Terminal site plans. As a result, it was conveyed to neither owner. According to the City's property finder, the property is now 1101 N. 2nd Street and owned by
1101 Partners LLC, whose mailing address is conveniently this property. They bought it for $25k back in March of 2019. (Apparently they're also already delinquent on their real estate taxes, too.) Which makes ownership murkier and even more mysterious!
