I saw some pictures on here of the large building at he North end of Sanford, near Myler and Milton.
Can you imagine if someone did a number on this LARGE old bldg like they did to Allenby School just off Locke and did Batchelor Lofts.
Condos for the empty nesters, newly weds, young professional or anyone (RN/RPN or techs)from Hamilton health who is just starting at the HGH site. 5 min bus ride. Great starter investment.
This would enhance the area and crowd out the riff raft.
Did I mention Centre Mall and the Barton/Sherman area for good food. Or just a short ride to the proposed GO station at James North. Cheap cheap cheap
