Mind you, it IS more consistent with one of their renders, where you can see the consistent pillars inside, so maybe they did design for them after all, and the scale model just doesn't show them:

Although it is hard to tell perspective wise if those 3 pillars you are seeing inside are all in the front, or if you're just seeing 3 continuous ones all behind each other so to speak, as it looks like there is brick wall between them, so that might just be one continuous wall going deeper into the building.. the perspective is so perfectly aligned it's impossible to tell from just one picture..

I do love the design though, it's such a BEEFY building with so many different points of interest - if one is to go modern I prefer this look.

They don’t account for structural columns.

Yeah I figured after some digging hehe - can't wait to watch this slowly go up though!

Also I have been dying to know.. what happens to all the windows on the side where the building buts up to the next building? I am guessing those were residential units in the building next door. Do they fill them all in, or does a gap have to be left for those windows to still have access to? Can't tell from the angle of the renders..

Pictures taken Wednesday. (If these photos aren't showing up, please let me know and I'll fix them. The direct image link that Google Photos is giving me is different from previous uploads, and it may not work.)

Hi all,
New to the forums! Purchased one of these and am always driving by to take pics. Here's my latest from July 12th . I think these links should stick but if they don't send me a message and I'll fix them.

Went by here today - looks like they are using prefab slabs for the walls that are slightly different for the 4th floor - they have red checked protrusions on the back. The hotel across the street development is using the same thing.
