NASHVILLE | 133 kvb | 455ft | 36 floors

Another large hotel proposal, this time from Denver-based Swerdling at the very prominent southwest corner of Hermitage Avenue/1st Ave S & Korean Veterans Boulevard, across from the Ascend Amphitheater. A two-tower project, this will be highlighting the taller of the 2. The architect firm is Nashville-based Earl Swensson & Associates and the design/proposal is up for review on August 6th by MDHA.

I like the design. Hope it sticks around. I would love it if something like this was developed in St. Louis. Hopefully, development junkies in Nashville are excited.
