That's such a cool bridge! Way think outta the box! Someone should start a thread about it and/or cool bridges in China in the Transportation and/or Buildings and Architecture forums.

What an amazing plan Guangzhou's got going here! It's like China's answer to La Defense, and the Grand Axe of Paris...

Can they still rise the height few meter higher? And I can't wait next year when this tower is Finish!!! Going to the Asian Game.

@Chitown, I been to all 3 city here is what I can say

Hong Kong - Very Expensive place to live in, the cheapest house in Hong Kong is at least 1 Million HK$. Overall a very expensive place to live in. If you want a good living, think you need at least $40-50K a month. Great Transportation in the center.

Guangzhou - Is kind of like Hong Kong in someway, it has the old city cham with the modern touch. House cost are much cheaper then hong kong. Aiport and Metro System are new. Metro System is some what like Shanghai and Hong Kong. Bus cost $2 per ride. Cost of living are prop less then Shanghai and Hong Kong(lol). Great Place to eat Dim Sum.

Shanghai - Is just like Guangzhou + Hong Kong. But it does have 2 Airport. House cost more then guangzhou, but less then Hong Kong. cost of living is higher then guangzhou but less then Hong Kong.

But at the end i prefer Guangzhou, because of its food, and is not dense like hong kong and has less people in shanghai. By the way Guangzhou has around 11 Million people.

It just gets better and better as it rises, doesn't it? What a fantastic marriage of skin and bones.

I've run out of things to say... This building is simply amazing, nothing more and nothing less. Simply amazing. Hard to come up with things to say when you've already said a lot. That bridge fits it right.

Oh, btw, developers in the area better do a good job or else these towers will look to good for surrounding structures. But from what I've seen it seems like developers/architects did a good job on nearby buildings. Can we please get some base shots?
