The total floor count for this will be 19 floors, not 16. Can someone fix that? Thanks!

Hello Esteemed Moderators,

Kindly look upon the "SEATTLE | 8th & seneca | 300 ft | floors" thread for upgrading to the Under Construction section.

Please capitalize "Seneca" and list the floor count as "31"

Link: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=199829

Thank you kindly

I'm so sorry if this is the wrong place to post but...

I made a mistake on recently created thread for new building on East 86th street. It doesn't have a to it when it appears on the highrise and supertall forum. Can someone fix it please? I tried everything but nothing is working.

Due to it's height (or lack thereof), this project:
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=206814

Can probably be moved to the Philadelphia General Development forum:
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=160247

NEW YORK | 509 W 38th St | FT | 30 FLOORS change to: NEW YORK | 509 W 38th St | 367 FT | 30 FLOORS

Permits came out for this tower confirming the height. Also, this tower is experiencing excavation.

Could a mod delete the thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=212354

There was apparently another one for this project, made a slight confusion based on the address as I wasn't sure if we had one.

Thanks

Yes. YIMBY confirms it from eyewitness, along with the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, and the media sources all say its UC.

I moved NEW YORK | 220 Central Park So.| 950 FT | 65 FLOORS to 'Highrise construction' since it's only 950 feet. The cut off for a supertall is 984 feet according to the rules we've set.

http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=184074

NEW YORK | 217 West 57th (Nordstrom)| 1,775 FT pinnacle / 1,479 FT roof | 93 FLOORS is still digging, so it's not quite under construction yet. Once they start pouring concrete for the foundations or drilling, then it'll be under construction.

Mods please move this to the Highrise Construction sub-forum. The picture I just posted show that the first caisson has been installed.

Could:

NEW YORK | 610 W. 57th St. | 482 FT | 45 FLOORS | SITE PREP

Be changed too: NEW YORK | 610 W. 57th St. | 440 FT | 42 FLOORS

New Permits reveal a reduction in height, and a reduction in floors.

Could:

SAN FRANCISCO | 50 First St | FT | 85 & 60 FLOORS

Be changed too: SAN FRANCISCO | 50 First St | 910 & 605 FT | 85 & 60 FLOORS

A recent article lists the height specifications.

Could:

NEW YORK | 239 W. 52nd St (Roseland) | FT | 59 FLOORS

Be changed too: NEW YORK |242 W. 52nd St (Roseland) | 675 FT | 59 FLOORS

Permits that I posted on Jun 11, 2014 reveal the height. See post #49. Also the address in the original thread appears to be in error.
