Anyone have the latest ground breaking estimates on these projects

Personally I have never had faith in the T Stacy project... no matter how solid or poor the real estate market and local economy.

I am interested in the latest estimates for ground breaking on these major projects that look rock solid at the moment:

1. Four Seasons [last estimated to be Novemeber] ~38 stories
2. Post Office tower 1. [last estimated to be before the end of the year] ~35 stories
3. CLB 7th and Rio Grand [last estimated to be before the end of the year] ~34 stories
4. Hotel Van Zandt [last estimated to be October] ~30 stories
5. 21C [last estimated to be 1st QTR '08... January goal] ~44 stories
6. Mariott Convention Center hotels [estimated 1st QTR '09] ~34 stories

Thats a lot of solid developments yet to break ground on top of all that is currently going up... or just broke [W, Spring, etc].

To a lesser extent... if anyone has ground breaking estimates for:

1. Gables Project at Lamar/Cesar Chavez ~15 stories
2. Seaholm hotel ~22 stories
3. Orsay ~ 10 stories
4. Aquaterra ~19 storeis
5. Star Riverside [~20 stories]

...would be GREATLY appreciated!

I don't think any info exists for groundbreaking on the West/Shoal Creek condo, Ph 2 offices on the lot to the east of Whole Foods and Post office ph 2. Let me know otherwise.

I'm more interested in the timeframe for construction to start, not the ribbon to be cut. From reading this forum, I've come to learn that those two milestones are not synonymous.

agree... but when the ribbon is cut the project is 99% full go. I am personally interested in seeing which projects are delayed beyond estimate and which ones never happen [IE no ribbon cut... no heavy machinery].
