Yes, it seems so. This hospital also has a helipad. It's becoming rather common these days.

The idea sounds good except for the fact that the top soil in that resgion is quite marshy. I am not a civil engg expert but can't help pointing out the fact that preventing seepage and reinforcing the concrete with the marshy laterite soild will prove to be quite a challenge. I just wish to see the Metro up and running before 2010. Also, Ankamaly and Tripunithura must be included in the first phase itself. Perumbavoor, Puthencruz and Paravoor in the later phases. The Metro should also have a line going directly (inside) to the CIAL.
Something must be done about the North and South overbridge, Kadavanthra and the Chitoor road. All the important islands must be included in the Metro poject.

Happy New Year to Everyone!

They have huge land , next to choice towers ( towards Kadavanthra).. Big Petrol storage facility . I Think that is HPCL only . There is no point to keep such a huge facility withing city , when the land value is beyond imagination there.. I think right next to Reliance Circle Office ..

Thanks! That is indeed a prime location. And a good one for a mall to come up. There are currently no malls planned near Kadavanthra, if I am correct. All the more reasons for HPCL to give the land for development.

Hi guys

I tried to compile all the information we have on the Zoom Developers supretall project here:
Megaproject: Kochi International Exhibition and Trade Centre -- 100 storey tower, 5 star hotel + more! so that when renderings come out, we can immediately go to the international forums and brag about it

Please look over it see if I've missed anything major
