AlertMedia celebrated the grand opening Tuesday of its new headquarters at RiverSouth, a new 15-story building situated between downtown Austin and the South Congress district.

AlertMedia’s 68,000-square-foot office will occupy the top two floors of the building, giving employees a panoramic view of Lady Bird Lake, Auditorium Shores and the downtown Austin skyline.

The company said its new headquarters, which is more than double the size of its previous office, is needed to accommodate its growing workforce. The company has hired more than 200 employees this year, bringing its employee headcount to 453.

It is private unfortunately. I just happened to drop by my wife’s office - which is in the building, and went up for a peek. I’m jealous of all the people that work in there - the view is something for sure.

Great news, but too bad their logo is kind of lame. Would be nice to have some international signage on select buildings. And yes I’m still upset about BBVA.
