I'm most excited for Aston Martin, although I'm not sure why they didn't just shoot for highest in the city.

What's the status on the Skyrise by the way? Is that still happening?

Aston Martin is looking good so far. Nothing is happening with SkyRise - not under construction yet. Last time I was there a few weeks ago it just looked like foundation work, which has been there for well over a year.

Regrettable is being kind, I think.

I'd file under "regrettable, forgettable, and throw-away-able crap". This is Miami condo salesman 'architecture'. Who the f--- cares about another generic, white, balconied blocky wall? This crap goes up and I don't even take notice anymore.
