For some reason FB thinks this is what I want to see.
Another real estate posting for a house in suburban St. John's. This time, the Town of Paradise. I think all the various "democratic people's republics" are the only bigger misnomer.
And to make it worse, that's not a cove. It's some lake, I forget the name. Paradise is at a high elevation - lots of snow, lots of trees and things that survive in St. John's won't make it there. And I guarantee there's maybe 3 inches of topsoil on top of rock there at most.
Also, Paradise is still in that backwoods phase where absolutely any development proposed is viewed as a beneficial windfall. Unlike in St. John's, there are no requirements for sidewalks or any sort of thing that will make repairing/replacing infrastructure easier in the future.
