Just heard back from the developer of this, they expect to be completed November 2023, though they can fast track for early tenancy deals.

Good news. I hope they find a tenant, though my understanding is brick and beam space like this is generally still doing fairly well in terms of vacancy rates.

Why is this taking so long? I walk past this almost everyday, and they seem to be making zero progress. It's been like three years now since they started and it basically looks the same :/
