City Hall glass foyer

Get real and on a 24 hr clock how many hours will this be used. Not too wise an investment considering.
Nice concept but only if it extended to the street and had some attractions inside like a patio and coffee shop. Farmers or Artisans market.
Maybe connect it to the Art Gallery and Hamilton place and in winter people could roam from JS to City hall.
As an addition to City Hall it is nothing more than a replacement to the atruim at the HCC.
So why copy one of the arguement points for City Hall vs City Mall?

Under the blueprint they'll be a cafe facing the east side of City Hall, towards the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. Ferguson wanted Tim Hortons.

Maybe Horton's isn't such a bad idea. It will force staff to leave the building to find real food.
