Even if they just removed the Verizon logo from the building, it would look infinitely better.

This is a great pic. The two sections of skyline look interesting, and that reflection on 1WTC is beautiful. And of course the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings look amazing there together.

I was thinking about the lower Manhattan skyline in that particular photo. If 125 Greenwich is built, and something at the 55 Broad St site could be built to at least 1,200 ft, we'd have that classic skyline back.

The actual photo looks a lot better than the rendering actually! Also, just wait until the observatory is open as well and the building reaches higher occupancy. It will really be a sight to see from that same vantage point. Not to mention, the spire even looks a lot better.

This observatory will be very transparent (especially at night) and will be very easy for people throughout parts of the city to see the camera flashes and vibrancy throughout.
