Hines, Cousins team up on new Victory Park office tower
Quote:
Houston-based developer Hines is teaming up with Cousins Properties Inc. to break ground next year on a 23-story office tower in Dallas’ Victory Park project.

The 466,000-square-foot glass high-rise will be the largest office project in the 75-acre development on the northwest corner of downtown Dallas.

The new tower called Victory Center – designed by Duda/Paine Architects – would open in 2017 on Victory Avenue southwest of the American Airlines Center arena

I really wish this were 43 stories instead of 23, but I'll take it!

Like it. The AAC's view will disappear if it hasn't already from west.

This tower has the type of base and sloping that would make for a kick ass supertall. Neat design, and pretty impressive.

I knew the developer and architects immediately since that tower looks eerily similar to Terminus and the new NCR headquarters in Atlanta. Not bad looking but some diversity from these guys would be nice.

Agreed. This would be a great tallish tower. A really nicely done design.
