Hong Kong's Tai O Lantern Festival

With 2500 handcrafted lanterns over the streets and main square, Tai O's Mid-Autumn Festival decor is hard to beat. As a result, hordes of urban dwellers descended into the village over the weekend, turning the narrow streets into a packed sea of people, badly disrupting local residents.

To start, there was an insane line for the buses in Tung Chung, although it kept moving so the wait wasn't too bad.

I would like to see the warehouse that stores all the lanterns.
