A Partnership with the Anglican Diocese of Qu'Appelle and Arwel Living reimagines the former St Matthews Church location into a mixed use socio economic project that includes Social Enterprise Commercial Space, Childcare, Student Housing, Seniors Housing, AND Mixed Market Rental Housing!
This is a Pre-Application to gauge community support and interest in the project, subject to the reviewing of feedback we will assess the options to proceed with a formal re-zoning application in the coming weeks/months.

What is the anticipated parking situation for this project? Any timelines public yet?
I think I speak for everyone when I say this is unbelievably exciting after the stagnation of the last decade or so and Capital Pointe fiasco. Hope that you have even more exciting things planned for the core!
