No photo but the small retail unit along Gottingen is being fitted. I have no idea what is going in there but when I looked in the first thing that popped in my head was a cell phone store.

EDIT: I went back and there is a sign in the store advertising for BMG eBikes.

Something will be opening in the Gottingen Street frontage soon. I didn't see any definitive clues passing by the open door. The large retail unit is still unoccupied.
