I have added periodic new info to projects, as it has become available. What info are you referring to as old? I'm sure there are a couple little things here and there, but I think I have most of the current info posted. Look under the photos of each project, there I add the most current news articles and/or rumors. Of course, if you have new info, please post it here, and I will update the rundown with it.

How about this updated info I just added! I went back and did this just for you Dirt ;-)

This is the Rundown Rendering at the very top of page 1 of this thread. I updated 1401 Lawrence as "Canceled," I updated Two Tabor Center with the latest projected ground-breaking of January 2009 and I added Embassy Suites Hotel to the list and as "Under-Construction!"

Snyder, you are a god! Thanks for the update. I especially like the addition of ES to your lineup. Don't be surprised at my everlasting ability to nitpick, but I'm trying to help and be constructive (I hope).

Here are some things that I noticed were out of date:
- OLP is now complete
- 1900 is the original (purple rendering), the design has since changed twice (to green - which is what you use later, now it's blue). This is the most recent

posted by rds70 (for some reason he doesn't use it on his site, though)
- Sugar3 is done
- 1400 Wewatta is done
- Mondrian is no longer Mondrian - its 1800 Glenarm:

Other things:
- You have DSC03158.jpg for ES construction posted twice

I hope this helps! Keep up the good work!

I believe Embassy Suites is also only 17 stories now. It was originally a 27 story "proposal," then an actual 20 story proposal, now it's 17 stories.

Thanks for continually updating this page. It's one-stop shopping for me!

Thanks guys, I'll update the renderings...

On the Embassy Suites, I haven't seen any information on it only being 17-stories or a new rendering depicting it as 17-stories. Can you provide something that shows this change?

Possible start in January '09, if the current rumors are true, they landed financing just before the credit crunch.

Photos!!!

So I did a massive update of 4 of the 7 big projects rising in Denver right now. All the buidings on 14th Street (Four Seasons, Spire, Embassy Suites), as well as 1900 16th. Sorry, I didn't get over to 1800 Larimer. Also, 1401 Lawrence and 2 Tabor aren't underway. Maybe never....

Enjoy the update!

Four Seasons!

Close-ups at the base: Lots of cement, and they've started utility additions (water, electricity, ventilation, etc).

Garage supports...

Up on the roof...

Spire!

The men at work...

Stop!

The roof guys are crazy!

So massive...

My favorite Spire angle from Champa:

Embassy Suites!

The Hole and diggin' dirt...

Dump it all!

The reason Embassy is moving so slow...

Lastly, 1900 16th!

The glass is ready for the main facade. It sooo shiny.

Last tiny roof shot.

The end.

How about we add 1900 16th Street to the future skyline shot on the first page? ...and isn't the rendering of Tabor 2 in that future skyline shot an old one?

I actually want to redo the future skyline now that we see the bases of the towers up (including 1900 16th). This makes it a lot easier to know where to place the rendered buildings. Can someone find me a recent photo from that angle? The T2 rendering is the latest one I've seen. Have you seen something newer?

Snyder: Channel 2 took down our pretty little video.

New news about the Tabor II project. Some changes:

http://www.denverinfill.com/images/b..._two_tabor.pdf

There's a new render at the Infill blog, also.

Still 43 stories.

I had just edited a post relating the project was indefinitely on hold. This new news may or may not contradict what my buddy who is close to the project said. But I was happy to know that they are still doing something with the project — even if it is just tweaking the design.

Thanks for the update. The Denver posts here are few and far between. I was beginning to wonder about this. Sounds like they need a major tenant or two before they can get going. With the other office mid-rise u/c in lodo, and another on 17th or something that will go up soon, both of those will probably draw tenants first. Hopefully Tabor II can still go by next year.

This thread's pretty dead (actually Franco is doing a good job at posting updates), but the regional forums are alive and kicking.

It looks like they raised the crane for the Spire again.

It's about time to get a new update put together. We'll have to do a December, Mega-Update! Please, post any recent photos of these projects, that you have. I want last half of November or newer. Preferably something shot in the last week or two ;-)
